ipv4 基本上无望了 试试IPV6吧

ipv6一直是禁用

软IPv6比原来的的IPv4还好，freegate,lantrern,psiphon,wujie都不行了，XX-net用了软IPv6速度却更快，原来1MB/s,现在2.4MB/s了，太牛了！！！

@GoodSake 软IPv6是啥，不是教育网也可以上？
