Just updated the PR to be more generally realted to docs:

Changed the conf.py file to be compatible with RTD workflow. I copied snippets from pydata sphinx theme own config : https://github.com/pydata/pydata-sphinx-theme/blob/main/docs/conf.py

Changed all the relevant urls now that we have our (maybe temporary) website adress

Updated all notebooks because the widgets were missing
