Linkify uxntal reference table #87

Each opcode in the table is now an anchor link to their respective section on the page.

This allows the table to function as a "table of contents" for the page. It was inspired by Python's built-in functions page.

Only minimal styling changes were made to preserve legibility, but more sophisticated styles could be made through CSS classes.
