technology: add alt text to images #95

This PR adds alt text to the images that appear on the Technology pages.

I would've liked to also provide a caption for the "Paper Computer" image with a link to a Wikimedia page with more information on it, but that doesn't seem possible at the moment.

The alt text for the header picture should be the diary name, I will add it to oscean.tal tomorrow :)
