Added RisingThumb.xyz to the list of webrings. You can find the link back to the webring under https://risingthumb.xyz/WebRings/ Additionally, I have linked to the button I use, and the RSS for my blog.

Let me know if it doesn't meet the requirements.

Just adding a comment since there's a merge conflict, I'm happy to rebase this. Just give me a shout if everything in this PR looks good and if my site meets or doesn't meet requirements for this webring
