About dApp Background Running is Flaky

Describe the bug When minimizing the About dApp, it sometimes continues to run in the background (dot underneath it) and sometimes it does not.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to xyOS > About
2. Click on minimize button
3. Check if there is a dot under the icon (which there should be)
4. If the dot is there, open and minimize again. There will eventually be no dot.

Expected behavior Minimize should always leave a dApp running in the background
