material thickness? #1

Out of what thickness material should I cut the laser parts?

The files are designed for 1/8" MDF. If you look at some of the cut files you'll notice a couple areas where tabs are cut to support a 90 deg angle joint. The thinner dimension of these tab holes is the required width of the material ... otherwise they would not fit.
