[DTM-16] user profiles are a mess #26

image (stuff isn't centered, buttons overlap with text, and so on)

i have to figure out a way to fix this without making another mess but i'll wait until the canary changes are on stable first

i've removed css that modifies that part of profiles until i figure out a way to do this that doesn't look awful
