Create a Spot - Backend

The backend needs to be able to accept and store data on a spot:

• Location (coordinates?)
• Start Location [For Timed Run Entries]
• End Location [For Timed Run Entries]
• Distance [For Timed Run Entries]
• Skate Type
• Spot Name
• Description
• Cautions (Warnings? Flags? Better name for this)
• Tags
• Other stuff probably
