Features:

Accept fractions and decimals in actor size
Add right click toggle to max spell castings auto-calculation
Add setting for confirmation of ancestry and path removal (defaults to yes)

Fixes:

Correct default max insanity
Style scrollbars with newly supported scrollbar-width (Chromium v121)
Correct height of description/background tab to remove scrollbar
Give minimum height to background tab title
Align right-side button text in actors
Align bar icons in character sidebar
Restore healing options in spells and talents
