Add options to rest + fixing rest chat message

• Add a dialog after clicking the rest button with options
  • Choose between 8 hours and 24 hours (apply healing accordingly)
  • Option to cancel talent recovery
  • Option to cancel magic recovery
  • Option to cancel healing
• Advance world time after rest (by 8 or 24 hours)
• The "taking a rest" message will be whispered to GM when the corresponding roll mode is selected
