Definitions for main headers #134

Could someone explain (and ideally add a quick note to the wiki, readme or
quickstart guide about) the basic formulas/concepts for the columns of
data?  Just want to be sure I'm interpreting them right and seems like it
would be good info for new users.

Damage Out:
Presence
Activity
Pres. DPS
Act. DPS
Dam. Out
%

Healing:
Presence
Overheal
Eff. Heal
%

Damage Out:
Presence- the time they were in combat with the boss (low presence most likely 
means
they died)
Activity- the time they were actually casting/interacting with the boss (low 
activity
means they were probably afk)
Pres. DPS- how much dps they did over the length of their presence
Act. DPS- how much dps they did over the length of them doing something (this 
number
is pretty much always higher and i believe is what recount shows)
Dam. Out- total damage they did from their attacks/spells
%- overall % of damage they did compared to everyone else, adding up to 100%

Healing:
Presence- same as dps presence
Overheal- amount of the heal that went beyond the health of the player
Eff. Heal- amount of heals that were not overheal
%- overall healing they did compared to other healers/healing
