Doomguards not detected since 3.1 due to log changes #136

stasiscl was looking for "Doomguard Spawn (DND)" (spell id 42010) in order
to associate doomguards which no longer seems to appear in the logs after
3.1.  Instead, why not look for "Ritual Enslavement" (spell id 22987)? 
Used to be what I'd do in 3.0 to fake PET_SUMMON events when uploading to
WWS so it should work with both 3.0 and 3.1 logs.  Attached is a diff
against r257 that fixes the problem for me.
