Healed "pets" are not counted consistently #70

Healing the MC'd deathknights are not counted consistently in the healing
totals.

The healing is attributed correctly on the user pages, but it's not rolled
up into the totals.

I suspect this has something to do with the fact that the DK understudies
are both friends and enemies and the rollup for healing only counts friends
(or raidmembers)

I'm not sure what the best way to fix this is, but something should be done.
