Hunter Fain Death marked as "real death" #96

Since it is marked as a real death it makes it hunter to determine (after
the fact) if there was any deaths on a boss.

Some hunters in our group use it very effectively to reduce aggro or after
a MD to ensure they have zeroed out their aggro.  So we may stack 3 to 5 of
these per hunter in some fights.

This can't be fixed in any way that is reliable (you'd have to guess, and I 
don't want to do that).

Then maybe the best course of action is to open a new ticket to track:

Which isn't currently being reported, and would at least give a better clue as 
to who
is being resurrected to continue the fight vs who is just faking it.
