Can't repair shiny Tinkers' Tools #38

Not sure why, but shiny tools made with platinum don't repair in either crafting or tool forge with shiny ingots or Femtocraft platinum ingots. I heard this was fixed in later versions of the mods, but somehow I'm still having the issue despite running 1.1.2a
