Connection issues Xahau node to evernode host

Dear sirs,

I heve been referred to you to try and solve the following issue.

-Stop and restart executed fine -Evernode host still doesn't connect -ran a ping wss.brittecxahau.com (no problems there)

-ran xahau fallback but could not connect to server

I was wondering if someone could walk me through or if there is a way to get someone who may give the service of running the host for me.

I somehow managed to get my first host to deregister completely. I tried registering new host but doesn't connect to the primary Xahau node or to my previous node. not even the fallback. this worked fine before the update to 0.12.0

Please note no Evernode support is provided here.

To be able to reach a Xahaud node from the outside world, make sure the right ports are publicly accessible. Also note that the default ports where Websockets are listening (as per Xahaud config) may differ from the expected port / reverse proxy you configured.
