I'm having issues with xahaud when running a pathing node.

Issue Description

this is a request to merge the changes to rippled into xahaud from the fixes applied to https://github.com/XRPLF/rippled/issues/4224

(there a few sub tickets to find the actual PR)

then can give it a test but my local logging im not getting the
