An Author needs to be able to send a rule link to another author #19

I tried to send someone this link https://xalgo-system.herokuapp.com/apps/rm/editor/290ca963-e25f-45ba-a959-9e1016e5439f

She created an account but could not see it.

How can various authors see the same rule in their dashboard?

You're sending a link to the editing page for the rule, which has restricted access.

The public location where that rule can be viewed is https://xalgo-system.herokuapp.com/rule/c5b0ef24-b833-4ac4-8d6b-348b7ae43473/

Where (@jpotvin ) would you like the link to the rule to appear? We could put it in the dashboard next to 'edit' and 'download'?
