Groups are self explanatory: They are coalitions between people. There are three major types of groups.
Gang - These are crime groups. Instead of individual suspicion, suspicion is assigned to a gang if a crime user is detected with a crime that is witnessed. How do the Police stop these gangs? If a leader hasn't assigned a Next In Line (via Manage), upon arresting the leader (or the leader dies), the group will dissolve. (be deleted)
Corps - These are legit groups. The share profits, a fraction of all of your income goes to taxes (and corps if you are in one). One problem with corps is how to balance the advantages/disadvantages of selling in a Corporation/not Corp. This will be addressed later.
Player approaches Resource Buy Brick (or other similar trigger function, be it event or brick) and either message shows or GUI does dependending on client check.
Admin - These are admin groups that may serve special functions per group. Currently, only the City Administration is an admin group. City Administration has the Host as the owner. Admin groups cant be deleted. Other groups can become "Admin" (which means control of the city) by taking over, as mentioned on the topic.
All groups have a treasury where they store money, like individual banks.
At the end of the day, core groups functionality should be finished before the Core System is done. Players using the first build should be able to make groups, manage their members, but not necessarily do anything with them.
