For Qhack 2022, we decided to created a Quantum-Classical(Hybrid) Tic-Tac-Toe in which a user can shift modes: Quantum/Classical mode. In Quantum mode, we create entanglement between tiles and take advantage of randomness to select a single state once the entangled state collapses. The rules of winner selection remain the same as in Classical Tic-Tac-Toe.
