Create documentation for evolve #16

Evolve doesn't have a decent documentation right now and afaik never had. As github also allows you to have a wiki for your project, I suggest we use that functionality to document it.

We can also use that to make some tutorials on creating plugins, etc, to encourage people to actually make plugins. (And hopefully release them into the public)

It's a bit lacking, but I started an effort on the wiki mostly to provide reference materials for myself as I was working on my contributions over here.
