Possibly instead of using !ban for both steamIDs and usernames, separate them into !ban and !banid, and if SourceBans is fixed eventually, it could be an option in the 'settings' page mentioned in #25.

Banning with steamid works. Just use ev ban "[id]" [time] [reason] . Id needs to be in quotes.
