Stickers do not appear in the sticker selection window #1

Describe the bug When opening the sticker window in the Image Editor, no stickers show.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open Image Editor
  2. Choose Create new image
  3. Click OK
  4. Click on Drawing: Sticker and click somewhere on the canvas

Expected behavior The window should show a grid of Emojis.
