Windows 10 Alarm sound does not got off #146

Hello guys,

I'm new to this, just installed vintel, worked like a charm for day then the alarm sound stopped going off for systems near my current one ( even one jump away ).

Things I can see/do:

  1. My current system is correctly made purple
  2. When systems are being typed in the intel channel they are immediately made Red in the vintel map.
  3. Sound-test sound, works, i can hear the alarm.

Retaken the .exe few times moved it around, the issue remains.

Anyone know a fix for this ?

More testing done, made a channel, added it to the Chatrooms. If I paste my Current system the Alarm goes off, any other systems still produce no sound

Manage to solve it.

Delete:

C:\Users\\Documents\EVE\vintel

Open a new session, set your channel. Right click on the map in an empty space, set the number of jumps you want to be notified at. Do a test in your channel.

TIP: If you don't clear the alarm it will not notify you a second time.
