Network start laging after turning on Vintel #156

I cant play eve when i turn on vintel , i got crazy spikes on my network

Pinging d1hoqe10mv32pv.cloudfront.net [54.230.1.232] with 32 bytes of data: Reply from 54.230.1.232: bytes=32 time=24ms TTL=248 Reply from 54.230.1.232: bytes=32 time=25ms TTL=248 Reply from 54.230.1.232: bytes=32 time=27ms TTL=248 Reply from 54.230.1.232: bytes=32 time=3203ms TTL=248

Ping statistics for 54.230.1.232: Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss), Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds: Minimum = 24ms, Maximum = 3203ms, Average = 819ms

And this happens all the time , when i turn off vintel ms is stable 👍
