Also, I think it's easily ignorable information when it's printed just until the point that people ask themselves about it and focus to see it

(i'd settle on word of mouth from organisers talking to each other, you chatting with organisers)
(like, if you get in touch with wild rumpus people + amaze people + whoever, they'll give you feedback and they'll also then know about the tool)
