flake: add nix flake for local development #143

This adds a Nix Flake providing a local development shell with all the dependencies in it.

On a machine with Nix: nix develop, and voilà.

Would it be possible for this to go in /dist where we have the packaging related stuff. Also, please add to the README.md the nix build instructions.
