Flooring the average seems odd #11

Example: users chose [1, 2, 5, 5]. The average gives 3, which is floor of 13/4. The use case seems to be helping team decide the amount of work, so the number here should be either the actual average so the team can decide how to round, or the next Fibonacci number, which is 5 in this case
