Added the concept of settings to the session object.
As of right now, the following settings are configurable:
Sequence - This is the sequence of option which appear on the cards. Note, this is not fully supported yet.
Time Limit - This is the amount of time allocated to vote.
Theme - This is the color used on cards and other UI elements within the app.
