If it should work like that for all games in those systems we need to do either game specific or core specific overrides we ship with RetroDECK.
I also don't know if this is fully needed as we already got a mode switch for mouse input in the external controller profiles + the steam deck have a built in mouse on the right touch pad in our profile.
