Various small changes #8

This PR includes following additions:

Added a shift register class for variable-length register combinations (Three-Pin style)
Tweaked the battery guard to be a tad bit more efficient, as well as to allow for en- or disabling the battery cricital function
Added a function for direct frequency setting of Timer1 CTC as well as Timer2 OC2A pin
And some small fixes inbetween
