Introducing the Mod Kit! This is an Inventory-usable item (replacing the backpack) which, when triggered, will pop up a cool little interface where you can pick and choose a mod. Controls are native -- select to the weapon you wish to mod, then either hit fire or altfire to pick one or the other. Easy!
If you're full of mods, using the Mod Kit will award you a backpack.
