DOSBox-X update to 0.83.18 and add 64-bit support #6

Here is an untested set of changes to update your DOSBox-X package for the latest release version, and also to add support for 64-bit without losing 32-bit support.

I've actually added the support of the 64bits and 32bits versions of dosbox-x in this commit (I also corrected some other issues with the update script of the package), and now the latest version of dosbox-x is available via Chocolatey.

So, I am going to close this Pull Request. If you have any other improvement on this package, or on any other packages that I maintain, feel free to create some other Pull Request. I will review them with pleasure (even if it can take me a little bit of time 😆)
