BUG in VS2019 I can't Update or Uninstall VS2019.

Good afternoon!

Today on morning, I tried to update my VS2019 Preview but I couldn't.

There are a information about a update available but when I try to update, I ran into this error.

I searched in the web for common bugs/errors with the GUID identified as the cause and I found this is about Xamstyler, but I didn't success in try to fix it following some posts and also those problems described into these posts I found, was with VS2017.

I looked at Issues section here and I not found any reference about a similar situation, so I'm here writing this request.

This BUG impacts in all operations, from a simple vsix install to any try to fix/reinstall/uninstall VS2019 Preview as well.

Please fix it or guide me how to do that without a needance to reinstall the entire OS.

Hi again.

I have the Windows 10 SDK in other directory, is mandatory to have it under AppData? The default installation use %programfiles(x86)% as path. Maybe this is the issue?
