@XavierUniversity/dev Would love to get a better idea about the types of bands and other elements we need across all of the pages.

For Banded Layouts:

[x] Homepage hero
[x] Billboard (about/athletics/etc)
[x] Overall bands, including colors/panels/buttons etc. (work with @jordanbramel)

Buttons - Essentially done, might have some minor additions Panels - Use a rgba value to determine the overlay. Band/Brand colors - primarily use Navy, Light blue (TBD), grey, white and possible blacks.

Approx - RGB(63,86,112)
