Configure organizr and arrs #13

Configure organizrr with the arrs. Also, this should cover updagint the arrs api version.

I already added organizrr service. I've got a working version with all I currently need installed and configured manually. It seems like a good option would be to, on the first step, create the config.php file, export the sql neccesary, and, on the second configuration step, set it on the sql database.

Actually, as organizrr is the "/" on the current path structure, this is not required. There's an (undocumented atm) installation api on organizrr that can be used to set it up, so this is just a matter of a few http request. This will be a setup_second_step

Not sure it'll be a setup_second step anymore. I think I can access it from inside docker itself. Jackett integration is already done.

transmission setup on the arrs will probably require a bit of scrapping.

Confirmed, second step not required. Organizr setup is already being done (but tab configuration does not work yet).
