[Feature] 备份目录支持通过“存储访问框架（SAF）”选取 #73

Describe the feature 希望通过添加SAF支持，将备份保存到除主存储和OTG以外的地方，比如OTG说识别不了但又不想格式化的通过其他软件挂载的U盘。 可以参考SAI。

补充一个用例：通过AList+RoundSync可以把各大网盘/NAS/对象存储挂载成SAF的provider，假设支持备份到SAF，就能直接备份到这些地方了

这个问题对我来说非常重要，如果能在某个时候实现 SAF，我将不胜感激。将应用程序备份到内部存储也是一个安全问题，因为应用程序可以访问通常无法访问的数据。
