[druid][spell][talent] Cenarion Ward id:102351 #12

Spell only works partially. Main buff can be applied to a friendly target, and is consumed when target is hit. However, no healing over time effect is placed on the target after the main spell is consumed.

Spell id: 102352 (Cenarion Ward) should be placed on the target after 102351 gets consumed.

After some more testing I found that it does apply the hot, but it does so after YOU inflict damage to something so needs a bit tinkering on that part.
