Razormaw should be flying and circling the island unless summoned during the quest Razormaw (9689)

Should make it stand while on the ground, and fly while in the air. UPDATE creature_template SET InhabitType = 5 WHERE entry = 17592;

In addition, waypoints need to be generated for proper function.
