What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When I run the automator action it performs perfectly but sets each birthday
1 day late. Am I
missing somethign?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.6

Please provide any additional information below.

Please add more information: What are your settings for the Automator action (a
screenshot would be perfect)?
And which time zone have you set on your mac?

About 50% of the birthdays are correct whereas the others are 1 day late.
There doesn't seem to be any discernible pattern.

Could there be a conflict between the iPhone app iHappyDays?

All the personal info was originally entered on my iPhone 3GS, then I
downloaded the app iHappyDays on my
phone and it worked fine. Purchased MacBook Pro and synced my iPhone.
Afterwards, I downloaded
iCalBirthdays. Had the "1 day late" problem from the start.

Product version: 1.7.1 SnowLeopard
Operating System: 10.6.2
