added CE support. this includes:

loading and saving of original xbox CE, vanilla CE PC, custom edition CE PC, (externally decompressed) 360 CEA, and MCC CEA maps. extending compression tool for use with MCC CEA maps, and original xbox CE maps. poking support for vanilla CE PC, custom edition CE PC, and MCC CEA. CE plugin set provided by zedd.
