Move VS Project Files & Update .gitignore #11

The previous way the Visual Studio project files were implemented were annoying.

When building, files now goto $current_dir/bin/$release_type.

I'm not sure if we should still merge this PR. I expect CMake support to happen soon anyway (unless we drop extract-xiso for good; which also becomes more realistic with each PR, as we see how much it really sucks).

Closing for now, cmake is a possibility.
