After build Version (53) blue Stripes on side

I tried to build Freestyledash after this i run it, but i had blue strips
on every side! like a picture frame

This probably have to do with you overscan being set to max.. does this happen 
if 
you lower them?

i change overscan but nothing happen! Lower Version works fine without strips

I had a similiar issue. When i changed the overscan it seemed to settle out.
