Small issue when veiwing favorites

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Press RB to view favorites on a list where you have no favorites.
2. Press LB, to save a favorite, even though the list you are viewing
should be empty.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Nothing should happen. Freestyle crashes forcing me to restart the xbox.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
