Missing scrollbar in v10 #57

Foundry build 291 5e version 2.0.3 All modules turned off except Storyteller? ✅

Despite the recent update that I've seen rolled out, the scrollbar simply will not appear in my storyteller sheets at all.

You can enable the scrollbar in the settings. This feature is not activated by default.
