Most of what I was making them for can be done now the way it's laid out (except the broadsheet, but I can do that with another mod).
What was bothering me now was the table of contents. I want to have pages that are not listed (with the pages that are to still have the correct page number), and I'd like to have the page numbers on the right hand side (with no "." after them)... so I did this (see attachment), depth 2 pages are indented and depth 3 pages are not listed in the ToC but the page numbers are correct :) AND on the right :D.
(I also adjusted the page size a little and played with the scrollbars, like the even page scrollbar is now on the left...)
