Feat: Better UI with hover effect for "Our Clients" section on Home Page #115

Describe the feature

Considering the overall aesthetic of XceeDesigns website, I feel that the "Our Clients" Section is a little static. I would like to implement a responsive hover effect/movement of some kind when we hover over the different client logos. This would further add to the better UI feel of the page.

@XceeDesigns I would like to request you to please assign this issue to me under GSSOC'24. Also to add GSSOC label and level label. Thank you so much.

@XceeDesigns I have implemented the proposed styling through PR no: #118 . I request you to review it, and assign GSSOC' 24 label and level label. I hope this PR gets merged thank you.
