Recreated Complete Navbar with React+Tailwind

After discussing with various seniors in Web ...The best way to convert the whole website into react is to make it from from scratch . So I have create the navbar with react and tailwind .

• [x] Make sure that the navbar looks the same as the original website
• [x] Responsive
• [x] Animation add
• [x] Client Side Rendering (One of the biggest advantages of React to avoid any reload)

Made background black on purpose so that we can see the Navbar .
