[BUG] Image Overtaking on Navbar after scrolling

What happened?

In "DO YOU WANT TO CREATE A GOOD WEBSITE?" Section, there's an image of Phone, when I scrolled from that section, the image overtakes the Navbar, which makes the Navbar options disappear for that time. I would like to fix this bug under GSSOC '24.
